The Principal is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institution and is charged with responsibility for providing general supervision over all affairs of the Institution. The Principal is appointed by the Board of Trustees.

Heads of Department and staff report directly to the Principal. The Heads of Department are responsible for day-to-day administration of particular departments 

The Board of Trustees is responsible for Strategic planning, financial stewardship, and resource mobilization.
